Elan Group Awards Rs 500 Crore Contract to Leighton Asia for Gurugram Mall Development

Scheduled to begin in November 2024, the mall will feature luxury retail, a five-star hotel, and branded residences. This marks another significant collaboration between the two companies.

The Elan Group has commissioned the construction of a luxury mixed-use shopping mall in Gurugram, awarding a Rs 500 crore contract to Leighton Asia, a subsidiary of Australia's CIMIC Group. Named Elan Imperial, the project will integrate a luxury retail mall, a five-star hotel, and branded residences in Sector 82, Gurugram.
The construction is set to commence in November 2024. The partnership follows a prior Rs 1,000 crore contract awarded to Leighton for the development of Elan Group's residential venture, Elan The Presidential, in Sector 106, Gurugram.
Rakesh Kapoor, Chairman of Elan Group, emphasized the company's vision to create an unparalleled destination for shopping, dining, and leisure. Leighton Asia, recognized for its significant projects across India, including the DLF Camellias and IKEA Hyderabad, aims to continue its growth in India through this collaboration.
