Manipur Minister L Susindro announced a decisive intervention to address the state's fuel crisis, including the deployment of police at petrol pumps.
Addressing the press, he stressed that legal action would be taken against retailers withholding stock. Financial losses from unpaid fuel have caused several petrol stations to close, worsening the shortage.
Susindro also highlighted landslides along national highways disrupting the supply of LPG cylinders, further compounding the issue. He urged citizens to avoid extortion and assured ample fuel availability.
