Mysterious Disappearance and Tragic Discovery in Chandil Dam

The trainer aircraft that disappeared following its departure from Jharkhand's Jamshedpur on August 20 continues to be untraceable despite ongoing search operations in Chandil dam, officials reported.

The bodies of the trainee pilot and the instructor, who were on board the two-seater Cessna-152, were discovered on Thursday in Chandil dam. However, the aircraft remains missing.

Sub-Divisional Magistrate of Chandil, Subhra Rani, informed PTI that the missing aircraft is still traceless. An Indian Navy team has been actively searching since Thursday, yet their efforts have been fruitless.
