Godrej Properties aims to capitalize on strong consumer demand by rolling out Rs 21,000 crore worth of residential projects across major cities by March. The company is targeting a 20% growth in sales bookings this fiscal year.

In an exclusive interview with PTI, executive chairperson Pirojsha Godrej expressed confidence in hitting their sales booking target of Rs 27,000 crore for the current fiscal. Last fiscal year, their bookings soared 84% to a record Rs 22,527 crore, the highest among listed realty firms.

The focus remains on regions like Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR), Delhi-NCR, Bengaluru, Pune, and Hyderabad, particularly for group housing projects. Notably, Godrej Properties reported their highest-ever quarterly sales in Q1, with sales bookings surging nearly fourfold to Rs 8,637 crore, reflecting strong market demand.
