The JJM has driven public and private sector participation, creating business opportunities grounded in social responsibility. This mission prioritizes water supply for rural areas, developing piped water infrastructure, transfer systems, treatment plants, and distribution networks. Moreover, technology is leveraged to address contamination, aiming to provide 55 liters of water per person daily, with the government allocating a special budget for these initiatives.

The National Infrastructure Pipeline (NIP) includes over 9,000 projects with an investment nearing US$ 1.9 trillion. V.L. Infraprojects Limited, founded in Ahmedabad in 2014, has emerged as a key contributor, particularly in water infrastructure. Specializing in government projects, V.L. Infra manages water supply and sewerage, from pipe installation to treatment plants, operating primarily in Gujarat, Madhya Pradesh, Karnataka, and Telangana.
