In a bid to transform into a global hub for drone manufacturing, India is embracing emerging technologies that are redefining the nature of warfare, Defence Minister Rajnath Singh announced on Tuesday.

Addressing the Manohar Parrikar Institute for Defence Studies and Analyses, Singh outlined the Modi government's 'adaptive defence' strategy, emphasizing the need to foresee and prepare for future threats proactively. This strategy calls for a shift in mindset, focusing on innovation, resilience, and agility to navigate uncertain circumstances.
