BESCOM has unveiled a groundbreaking feature allowing electric vehicle (EV) users to initiate and pay for charging sessions via Whatsapp, marking a significant leap in convenience.

Complementing this, the company introduced an AI-based customer support bot, https://ev.bot, powered by Pulse Energy. This development, as per BESCOM, aims to enhance the user experience comprehensively.

According to Mahantesh Bilagi, Managing Director of BESCOM, the updated 'EV Mithra' app interface is designed for seamless user interaction and is available in nine languages. With over 15,000 downloads, this innovation sets a new standard in EV charging infrastructure in Karnataka.
