The issue revolves around allegations that the astrologer molested the complainant under the guise of a ritual, while the husband threatened her into silence. The charges span incidents from 2014 and 2015, with Justice S Vishwajith Shetty ruling that the serious nature of the allegations warrants continued legal proceedings.
