Incharz, a division of Servitech Power Systems, has entered into a collaboration with the real estate developer Prateek Group to establish e-charging stations across the Delhi-NCR region.

The formal agreement was executed by Prem Prakash, CEO of Incharz, and Sunil Kumar Mittal, President of Prateek Group, during a ceremony held in Noida on Wednesday, according to a statement from Servitech Power Systems released on Thursday.

Under the partnership, Prateek Group will provide the necessary sites for setting up public EV charging stations, while Incharz will be responsible for the design, supply, installation, commissioning, operation, and maintenance of these stations within the National Capital Region (NCR).

Prem Prakash, CEO of Incharz, stated, "Our efficient hardware and software solutions will ensure reliable EV charging stations. By bringing EV charging to residential and commercial complexes, we aim to make EVs a household name, enhancing accessibility for EV owners." Servotech Power Systems, a listed entity, focuses on developing tech-enabled EV charging and solar solutions.
