Verstappen finished in second place for Red Bull, trailing Norris by a significant 20.945 seconds. McLaren's Oscar Piastri secured the third spot in a grueling 62-lap race characterized by high heat and humidity. This victory reduced Verstappen's lead over Norris to 52 points with six rounds remaining.
"It was an amazing race. The car was fantastic, and I could push hard throughout," Norris said following his third win of the season. The race saw minimal incidents and no safety car deployments, marking a rare feat for the Singapore circuit.
