Portugal's veteran forward Cristiano Ronaldo has once again made headlines, this time for breaking the record for the fastest 10 million subscribers on YouTube. Known for carving history on the football field, Ronaldo's accolades have now transcended into the digital sphere. He rapidly secured 10 million subscribers just a day after launching his channel.

According to Goal.com, Ronaldo surpassed the previous record set by Hamster Kombat, who took seven days to achieve the same milestone. Beyond YouTube, Ronaldo boasts a staggering 112.6 million followers on X, 170 million on Facebook, and a record-breaking 636 million on Instagram.

The 39-year-old footballer, holding five Ballon d'Or titles, currently plays for Al Nassr in the Saudi Pro League. However, 2024 has been a year of mixed fortunes for him on the field. Ronaldo-led Portugal was ousted from Euro 2024 after a disappointing defeat against France, with the match ending 0-0 in regular time and a 5-3 loss in penalties.

While Euro 2024 was disheartening for Ronaldo, his performance in the Saudi Pro League tells a different story. Ronaldo has scored 49 goals in 47 matches, also contributing 13 assists. He recently competed in the Saudi Super Cup final against Al Hilal, where despite scoring, Al Nassr suffered a 4-1 defeat.
