Charlotte Dujardin, Britain's leading female Olympian in equestrian sports, is poised to break records at the Paris Olympics. Competing in her fourth Games, the dressage rider targets a seventh medal, aiming to inspire her baby daughter in the process.

The 39-year-old achieved gold in both individual and team events at London 2012, followed by team silver and individual gold at Rio 2016. Despite winning two bronze medals in Tokyo 2020, Dujardin remains focused on her performance rather than records. 'The record isn't really something I'm thinking about going to Paris. I'm going to compete and do my best,' she told Reuters.

Having secured team gold at the European Championships last September and confirming her return post-pregnancy, Dujardin rides her esteemed 11-year-old horse, Imhotep, in Paris. 'Pete's a very enthusiastic horse,' she noted. The dressage competition kicks off on July 20 at the Chateau de Versailles.
