The vast project features approximately 1.2 million square feet of space, hosting a shopping mall, office areas, and a hotel. It will soon be rebranded as 'Bhutani City Center 32'.
The acquisition is part of Bhutani Infra's strategy to expand its footprint in Delhi-NCR, focusing on creating innovative, high-performance spaces that integrate work, leisure, and lifestyle for modern consumers.
