On Wednesday, Karnataka Chief Minister Siddaramaiah launched a serious allegation against the opposition BJP. He claimed that the BJP attempted to destabilize his government by offering Rs 50 crore to each of the 50 Congress MLAs.
Siddaramaiah stated that despite the substantial offer, no Congress MLAs took the bribe, leading the BJP to resort to filing false cases against him.
The Chief Minister questioned the source of such large sums of money and suggested it was 'bribe money.' He emphasized that the BJP is orchestrating a campaign to dislodge his government by any means necessary.
