Aparna Constructions and Estates Pvt Ltd has announced a significant investment of Rs 2,851 crore in the development of a new township in Hyderabad. Named Aparna Deccan Town, the project is set to unfold in the city's Gopanpally area.
This ambitious initiative represents the company's strategic entry into the ultra-luxury residential market, evidenced by the large allocation of funds for its first phase. The township covers an expansive 123 acres and aims to offer both high-rise apartments and a gated community of 99 independent premium bungalows.
Aparna Constructions, part of the Aparna Group, is a prominent player in South India's real estate sector. With a diverse project portfolio across Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, and Karnataka, the company boasts 82 projects, comprising 71 residential developments and 11 commercial and retail spaces.
