Nirala World Invests Rs 400 Crore in New Luxury Housing Project

Real estate firm Nirala World will invest Rs 400 crore to develop a luxury housing project in Greater Noida named Nirala Trio. This new development will comprise around 400 flats. The company expects a sales realization of around Rs 700 crore from this project.

Real estate firm Nirala World has announced an investment of Rs 400 crore for the development of a luxury housing project named 'Nirala Trio' in Greater Noida.

The new project, located in Sector 2 of Greater Noida West, Uttar Pradesh, will feature approximately 400 flats. Nirala World revealed it has secured all necessary clearances, including RERA registration, to proceed with the development.

Units in the project are being sold at Rs 11,000 per square foot, with prices ranging between Rs 1.4 crore to Rs 1.8 crore. CMD Suresh Garg indicated that the company expects a sales realization of around Rs 700 crore from the project, amid strong demand for residential properties in the area.
