DDA Housing Schemes See Over 1,200 Flats Sold in Two Days
More than 1,200 flats were sold under the DDA's Sasta Ghar and Madhyam Vargiya housing schemes by the second day of booking. On Tuesday, over 1,100 flats were sold in just four hours. DDA has issued more than 1,170 demand letters within 24 hours of booking.

Over 1,200 flats have been snapped up from the Delhi Development Authority's (DDA) Sasta Ghar and Madhyam Vargiya housing schemes within the first two days of booking, according to an official statement released on Wednesday.
The statement reveals that over 1,050 flats under the Sasta Ghar scheme and around 250 flats under the Madhyam Vargiya scheme were sold by the evening of the second day.
Demonstrating its commitment to efficiency, the DDA has already issued over 1,170 demand letters online within 24 hours of booking, underscoring the immense demand and quick uptake of these housing schemes.
