Heavy rains in parts of Delhi on Friday resulted in waterlogged streets, significantly disrupting traffic flow.

The Delhi Police reported receiving 15 complaints of traffic problems and 12 about waterlogging. On social media platform X, police shared updates indicating that traffic on GTK Road near GTK Depot was diverted towards Wazirabad due to waterlogging.

Further disruptions were reported on RTR from Moti Bagh Chowk towards Sector-8 RK Puram and on Ring Road, Vande Mataram Marg, and GGR due to waterlogging under the Dhaula Kuan flyover. The police urged commuters to avoid these routes to mitigate traffic congestion.
