More than 1,100 people registered in two housing schemes of the Delhi Development Authority (DDA) on the first day of registration on Thursday, officials said.

According to the officials, 414 people registered through e-auction in the DDA Dwarka Housing Scheme 2024 in the initial two days.

On August 6, three housing schemes were announced at a DDA meeting chaired by Delhi Lieutenant Governor VK Saxena. The Sasta Ghar Housing Scheme 2024 saw 750 registrations, while the DDA Madhyam Vargiya Housing Scheme 2024 recorded 405 registrations on Thursday itself.
