Smooth Traffic Plan for Nehru Planetarium's Exhibition Days

The Mumbai traffic police have devised an extensive traffic management plan to avoid congestion around the Nehru Planetarium in Worli, owing to expected large crowds for high-end exhibitions. Detours will be implemented on Motilal Sanghi Road and Dr Annie Besant Road to facilitate smooth traffic flow on Tuesday and Wednesday.

The Mumbai traffic police have set up comprehensive traffic management measures to prevent congestion around the Nehru Planetarium in Worli. This is in anticipation of the large crowds expected for high-end exhibitions over the next two days. A traffic police official provided details on the arrangements.

Given the anticipated turnout, traffic on Motilal Sanghi Road will be temporarily diverted to manage the flow more efficiently. One-way traffic has been instituted on Motilal Sanghi Road, going from the Sanghavi Path junction to the Rajani Patel junction (Lotus junction) Hinduja House.

Vehicles headed to popular nearby destinations such as Nehru Centre, NSCI, and Mariamma Nagar from the Rajani Patel junction are advised to go straight on the northbound side of Dr Annie Besant Road. Drivers should then make a U-turn at Khan Abdul Gaffar Khan junction to reach their destinations.
