Family Injured in Early Morning Fire at Furniture Manufacturing Unit
Four family members, including an eight-year-old girl, were seriously injured in a fire that broke out early Wednesday morning in a building housing a furniture manufacturing unit. Police and fire services rescued around 20 people trapped inside, while the injured were admitted to a state-run hospital for treatment.

Early Wednesday morning, a devastating fire broke out in a building housing a furniture manufacturing unit, injuring four members of a family, including an eight-year-old girl. Police reported that around 20 people trapped inside were successfully rescued by fire and police personnel.
The fire, which started on the ground floor of the three-storied building under Kulsumpura Police Station limits at approximately 1 a.m., quickly spread to the upper floors. Firefighters arrived promptly and managed to extinguish the flames by 3 a.m., officials said.
Among those injured, two suffered approximately 90 percent burns, another sustained 50 percent burns, and the young girl endured 35 percent burns. All the injured were rushed to a state-run hospital for immediate treatment. Authorities are currently investigating the exact cause of the fire.
