Maharashtra Chief Minister Eknath Shinde has launched a scathing attack on the Maha Vikas Aghadi alliance, accusing them of plundering the state's resources over the past two and a half years, effectively setting Maharashtra back by a decade. At a recent press conference, Shinde questioned the motives of the previous leadership, labeling them 'looters' whose actions halted various development projects.

Addressing concerns spread across the state's religious and social communities, CM Shinde asserted his government's commitment to fostering growth and welfare, particularly among women of all castes. He criticized narratives suggesting minorities live in fear, reassuring citizens of his inclusive and development-oriented agenda.

Further backing remarks made by Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Shinde defended the 'ek hai to safe hai' ideology, arguing that Modi's call for unity counters divisive tactics allegedly promoted by the Congress. With elections looming, this rhetoric underscores the intensified political climate as both the ruling Mahayuti coalition and opposition seek to galvanize voters for the November 20 assembly elections.
