Odisha Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi has inaugurated a new web portal aimed at engaging citizens in shaping the state's developmental vision through public suggestions. The platform, titled 'Bikasita Bharat pain bikasita Odisha', is part of a broader effort under Mission Purvodaya to foster growth throughout Odisha.
Speaking on the occasion, CM Majhi highlighted the vital role of public participation in crafting a comprehensive vision document. He urged intellectuals, organizations, and expatriates to contribute their ideas, which will be collated and incorporated into strategic plans for the state's development.
The portal, developed by the state's Department of Planning and Convergence and the Department of Electronics and IT, is accessible at vision.odisha.gov.in. Residents are encouraged to share their insights via WhatsApp or email by November 20, 2023. This initiative underscores the state's commitment to inclusive governance as Odisha approaches its centenary in 2036.
