Despite health setbacks, RJD president Lalu Prasad returned to campaign trails on Monday, addressing a large rally in Bihar just before the by-poll campaigning concluded for four assembly segments. His fiery rhetoric aimed to energize the electorate against the ruling BJP and RSS.
In Belaganj, the former Bihar Chief Minister, known for his earthy humor, targeted leaders including Prime Minister Narendra Modi and long-time rival Chief Minister Nitish Kumar. Prasad threw his weight behind RJD debutant Vishwanath Kumar Singh, son of Jehanabad MP Surendra Prasad Yadav.
Prashant Kishor's Jan Suraaj party is stirring dynamics with its newcomer candidates, challenging RJD's traditional foothold among Muslim and Yadav supporters. The upcoming by-polls will test alliances and strategies as various parties vie for seats in a shifting political landscape.
