India and Argentina Strengthen Ties at Joint Commission Meeting

On Tuesday, India's External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar and Argentina's Foreign Minister Diana Mondino concluded a significant Joint Commission Meeting in New Delhi. The session, described as productive and wide-ranging, allowed both sides to review various aspects of their bilateral relationship.
During the meeting, Jaishankar warmly welcomed Mondino and promised to visit Argentina soon with a business delegation. The ministers discussed expanding ties in several sectors, including trade, space, nuclear energy, and agriculture, as well as regional and global issues.
The conference also celebrated 75 years of diplomatic relations between India and Argentina. Both Jaishankar and Mondino highlighted potential collaborations in areas such as energy transition, minerals, and health, underpinned by India's robust market mechanisms and digital framework.
