Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Mohan Yadav has called for a public apology from the Congress party following allegations made by Congress leader Jitu Patwari regarding bribery for public posts.
Patwari's accusations were aired during a Congress 'Kisan Nyay Yatra,' specifically targeting the collector of Hoshangabad. Patwari claimed that the bribery culture extended across various state officials, including the superintendent of police and other local officers.
Responding to these claims, CM Yadav labeled the accusations as derogatory towards dedicated government employees and emphasized their unwavering commitment. He also pointed out Congress's prolonged absence from power in the state.
