The Supreme Court's decision to grant bail to Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) convener and Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal has provoked a series of political reactions. RJD MP Manoj Jha strongly criticized the BJP, accusing it of fabricating fake cases against Kejriwal from their Delhi office.

Jha additionally warned that the misuse of central agencies like the ED, CBI, and I-T could backfire on BJP when they are out of power, insisting there should be no place for vendetta in politics. Delhi Minister Saurabh Bharadwaj echoed similar sentiments, stating the court's order proving the CBI acted out of vengeance.

Conversely, Delhi BJP Chief Virendra Sachdeva noted the court had deemed the arrest legal and called for Kejriwal's resignation on moral grounds. Despite the bail, Sachdeva emphasized that this does not equate to an acquittal and urged Kejriwal to step down immediately if he possesses any remaining sense of morality.
