The Congress party unveiled its fourth list of five candidates for the Haryana Assembly elections on Thursday, fielding Parimal Pari in Ambala Cantt, Sachin Kundu in Panipat Rural, Satbir Dublain in Narwana (SC), Sarva Mitra Kamboj in Rania, and Rohit Nagar in Tigaon.
This announcement follows the party's release of the third list on Wednesday, which included candidates like Chander Mohan from Panchkula and Nirmal Singh from Ambala. Other notable names from the third list are Pooja Chaudhary from Maulana, Akram Khan from Jagadhri, and Rahul Makkar from Hansi.
Former wrestler and Congress candidate Vinesh Phogat, contesting from Julana, filed her nomination accompanied by Congress MP Deepender Hooda and other party leaders. Phogat, who joined the party on September 6, expressed her dedication to enhancing public welfare. The Haryana Assembly elections are set for October 5, with results on October 8.
