Ilmi highlighted that Sircar, along with other senior TMC leaders like Suvendu Shekhar Roy, expressed serious grievances, indicating internal conflict within the party. Sircar's resignation letter, addressed to West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee, demanded decisive action to resolve the ongoing crisis.
