Himachal Pradesh Assembly Extends Monsoon Session
The monsoon session of the Himachal Pradesh Assembly, initially set to end on September 9, has been extended by a day to September 10. The extension motion, presented by Parliamentary Affairs Minister Harshwardhan Chauhan, gained the support of Chief Minister Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu and Opposition Leader Jai Ram Thakur.
