BJP president and Union Health Minister J P Nadda on Sunday lashed out at Kerala's Left government for delaying the release of the Justice Hema Committee report and failing to react promptly to land-slide warnings in Wayanad.

Speaking at a public meeting, Nadda questioned the reasons behind withholding the committee report, accusing the CPI(M) leaders of involvement in its adverse findings. He urged the Chief Minister to provide a transparent explanation.

Nadda lambasted the state government for its alleged negligence in responding to weather warnings, attributing the loss of over 200 lives to their callousness. He further condemned both CPI(M) and Congress-led UDF for corruption and degrading Kerala's peaceful reputation, advocating for BJP governance.
