Ukraine's Foreign Minister, Dmytro Kuleba, highlighted on Wednesday that Kyiv's primary challenge in its ongoing battle against Russia lies in the fear of escalation among its allies. This fear, Kuleba emphasized, obstructs the approval of crucial supportive policies.
"Since the onset of the large-scale invasion, the predominant issue Ukraine has been grappling with is our partners' fear of escalation influencing their decision-making processes," Kuleba elaborated.
The procrastination fueled by this fear continues to impede the timely support Ukraine desperately needs as it confronts Russian forces.
