Congress Stages Protest Demanding SEBI Chief's Resignation Amid Adani Controversy
Telangana's Congress leaders, including CM A Revanth Reddy, held a dharna demanding SEBI chief Madhabi Buch's resignation and a Joint Parliamentary Committee probe into the Adani issue. The protest follows allegations by Hindenburg Research against Buch, which both she and the Adani Group refuted.

In a relentless move, Telangana Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy, along with his ministerial colleagues and party legislators, participated in a dharna on Thursday. They demanded the resignation of SEBI chief Madhabi Buch and called for a Joint Parliamentary Committee to probe the Adani issue.
Senior Congress leader Salman Khurshid joined the protest, which featured placards reading 'The Truth Will Prevail'. The Telangana Pradesh Congress Committee leaders and workers took out a rally from Gun Park to the Enforcement Directorate (ED) office and staged a protest at the ED office premises.
The Congress has intensified its criticism of the NDA government following allegations by Hindenburg Research against SEBI chairperson Buch, which she and her husband have denied. The Adani Group also dismissed the allegations as malicious and manipulative.
