Ram Madhav, referring to the RSS as his 'mother', expressed his gratitude for the Hindutva organisation allowing him to rejoin the BJP as one of the in-charges for the Jammu and Kashmir Assembly elections.
Madhav, who was relieved from his political duties in BJP in 2021, resumed his political responsibilities with the appointment on Tuesday, surprising many political analysts.
In a social media post, Madhav praised Prime Minister Narendra Modi for his commitment to providing good governance in Jammu and Kashmir through free and fair elections after the abrogation of Article 370. He also thanked Union Home Minister Amit Shah and BJP President J P Nadda for their support and faith.
