This trip is part of a two-day visit to Singapore, where Modi aims to strengthen bilateral ties in semiconductor manufacturing. Both leaders reviewed AEM's operations and discussed expanding cooperation in the field.
The Ministry of External Affairs confirmed that both nations have agreed to formalize their partnership through a memorandum of understanding, focusing on advanced manufacturing and semiconductor sectors. Modi also invited Singaporean companies to the SEMICON INDIA exhibition. The visit underscores the commitment of both countries to enhance their semiconductor ecosystem.
