Adityanath Targets Akhilesh Yadav Over 'PDA' Slogan

Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath on Wednesday criticized Samajwadi Party President Akhilesh Yadav over his 'PDA' slogan, accusing him of disrespecting OBC leader and former CM Kalyan Singh.
Speaking at the 'Hindu Gaurav Divas' event on Singh's third death anniversary, Adityanath condemned Yadav for not paying tributes to Singh, a key figure in the Ram Temple movement, and instead mourning gangster Mukhtar Ansari's death.
Adityanath recalled Singh's role during the Babri mosque attack and his refusal to use force against 'karsevaks'. He stressed on Hindu unity and described Hinduism as integral to India's security and unity.
