BJP leader Subramanian Swamy has moved the Delhi High Court to expedite the Ministry of Home Affairs' decision on his representation to revoke Congress leader Rahul Gandhi's Indian citizenship.

Swamy's plea, filed by advocate Satya Sabharwal, alleges that Gandhi disclosed British nationality, violating the Constitution and the Indian Citizenship Act.

The petition, which is scheduled for a hearing next week, also requests a status report on Swamy's representations to the ministry, citing no action or communication from the ministry so far.
