BJP MP Kangana Ranaut launched a scathing attack on Leader of Opposition in Lok Sabha, Rahul Gandhi, on Monday, condemning his endorsement of the Hindenburg report and its allegations against SEBI Chairperson Madhabi Buch. In a post on X, Ranaut accused Gandhi of attempting to destabilize the nation's security and economy, labeling him as the 'most dangerous man.'

'Rahul Gandhi is the most dangerous man,' Ranaut wrote. 'He is bitter, poisonous, and destructive. His agenda is clear: if he can't become the Prime Minister, he might as well destroy this nation.' She also claimed the Hindenburg report, which Gandhi endorsed, has proven to be a 'damp squib' in its attempt to target India's stock market.

Ealier, US-based Hindenburg Research had alleged market regulator SEBI Chairperson Madhabi Buch and her husband had interests in obscure offshore funds involved in the Adani money syphoning scandal. Gandhi raised concerns about risks to the Indian stock market following these allegations and demanded Buch's resignation, questioning the integrity of SEBI.
