Prime Minister Narendra Modi's commitment to 'Sabka Saath, Sabka Vikas' (inclusive development) was strongly endorsed by BJP's Minority Morcha chief, Jamal Siddiqui, who dismissed opposition criticism during a conversation with PTI on Saturday.

Siddiqui criticized West Bengal Leader of Opposition Suvendu Adhikari for his suggestion to abandon the slogan, stating that Adhikari is new to the party and needs time to understand its principle of 'antyodaya,' a concept emphasized by Modi and initially coined by party ideologue Deen Dayal Upadhyay. Siddiqui highlighted the integral role of the BJP's minority wing in their outreach strategy.

Backing the Uttar Pradesh government's directive for eateries on the kanwarias' route to display names, Siddiqui rejected accusations of discrimination and affirmed the party's mission to serve all sections of society, including the most deprived. He attributed opposition to vote bank politics aimed at damaging India's global image while Modi aims to enhance it.
