Ethiopia: Addis Ababa to hold international trade fair and forum at a large scale in May

Addis Ababa is all set to host an international trade fair and forum during the mid of May. The forum will mainly focus on healthcare, medical, pharma and wellness technology, inputs and solutions.
The imminent international trade fair and forum in Ethiopia’s capital city, Addis Ababa is likely to attract more than 3,000 medical professionals operating in different disciplines. Even the participants from India, China, Bangladesh, Thailand, Turkey and UAE are also expected to participate. The event is slated to take place between May 17 and 19 this year at the Millennium Hall in the capital city.
“The event is completely committed to upbeat the progression of the healthcare industry presenting a unique opportunity for all related to the field to reach new horizons of effective cooperation and discuss vital issues that stand currently in front of the healthcare value chain. There will also be ample scope for establishing profitable business relationship and a chance to interact with others in the area of trade and investment on the sector,” the organizer said, as reported by New Business in Ethiopia.
This prestigious exhibition and congress have proved to be the major platform that fuels the sector development through trade facilitation, market linkages, the introduction of new technology and transfer of knowledge for concerned stakeholders across the whole value chain.
