Tragic Incident: Teen Assault Sparks Outrage in Uttar Pradesh

Three people have been detained by Uttar Pradesh Police for allegedly raping a 17-year-old girl. The incident occurred en route to her coaching class. One youth is charged with rape, and two others are charged with conspiracy. A medical examination is underway, and investigations continue.

In a distressing turn of events, Uttar Pradesh Police detained three individuals accused of raping a 17-year-old girl, officials reported Tuesday. The incident reportedly occurred as the girl made her way to a coaching class on Monday.

The victim's account to police revealed a harrowing experience when three youths intercepted her journey, forcibly took her to a secluded room, and committed the act. Amongst the accused, one perpetrated the assault while the other two stood guard and issued threats, investigators stated.

Station House Officer (SHO) Vivek Singh of Musafirkhana police station confirmed a rape charge against one youth and a conspiracy charge against the two accomplices. The youths are currently detained, and the survivor has undergone a medical examination, as the probe continues.
