Union Minister Jitendra Singh has declared a substantial Rs 270 crore investment aimed at overhauling the Centralised Public Grievance Redress and Monitoring System (CPGRAMS), marked as the world's largest citizen-interface platform. An official statement highlights advanced upgrades including multilingual support and robust tracking capabilities.

Singh emphasized the advanced features of the Intelligent Grievance Monitoring System (IGMS) 2.0, crafted with IIT Kanpur, featuring Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning capabilities. These technological enhancements aim at predictive analyses and policy interventions to elevate citizen service efficiency.

With improvements leading to grievance redressal times dropping to just 12 days, Singh reiterated the government's resolve to enhance service delivery and citizen satisfaction through ongoing technological integration.
