In Amsterdam on Monday, riot police made several arrests during a violent outbreak linked to a Thursday soccer match between Israeli club Maccabi Tel Aviv and local team Ajax.
A tram in the west of the city caught fire, reportedly due to fireworks being thrown. Fortunately, it was empty, as police confirmed that no injuries occurred.
