Haryana Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini has taken decisive action against bureaucratic inefficiency by ordering salary cuts for several municipal officials due to delays in implementing the Shehri Swamitva Scheme.
In addition to the salary deductions, Saini suspended Gurugram Municipal Corporation clerk Sandeep Kumar for demanding a bribe of Rs 50,000. These actions stem from feedback gathered through the CM's dashboard cell, which tracks government schemes and gathers beneficiary feedback.
Beneficiaries in various regions reported being continuously delayed for conveyance deeds despite full payments. The CM mandated completing pending cases within three days, ensuring accountability within the system.
