Initial arrests occurred on Thursday, where two men aged 19 and a 16-year-old girl were taken into custody. Further investigation identified the involvement of two others, aged 21 and 23, leading to their arrest as per Bhubaneswar DCP Pinak Mishra.

The victim reported being gang-raped on October 16 in a hotel.
