The National Investigation Agency (NIA) has charged Gurpreet Singh, alias Gopi, closely linked to Khalistani terrorists, in a high-profile Punjab terror conspiracy case, as revealed on Tuesday.

The charge sheet filed in Mohali names Singh as an associate of designated terrorists with ties to Babbar Khalsa International, highlighting his role in terrorist activities across Punjab and broader India.

Singh is accused of participating in an RPG attack and raising funds through extortion, significantly contributing to the BKI terror network under foreign directives, prosecutors report.
