A lawyer has been detained for allegedly molesting two female colleagues on the premises of a court in South Goa, police reported on Tuesday.
Authorities on Monday apprehended advocate Pritesh Prabhu after receiving separate complaints from the women at Fatorda police station.
The complainants alleged that the accused outraged their modesty within the Judicial Magistrate First Class court premises.
The suspect was brought before a judge on Tuesday and is currently remanded in police custody for five days.
One of the women accused Prabhu of inappropriately touching her in the courtroom on Monday, with similar behavior occurring in the court corridors later that day.
This marks the third complaint against Prabhu, who was also booked by Margao police for allegedly stalking a colleague in August.
