The Israeli military has broadened its aerial offensive to include Hezbollah weapons sites in southern and eastern Lebanon.

On Monday, the military announced an expansion of airstrikes to areas in the Bekaa Valley along Lebanon's eastern border, following attacks on more than 300 sites in southern Lebanon.

Israeli military spokesman Rear Adm Daniel Hagari urged residents of the Bekaa Valley to evacuate immediately from areas where Hezbollah is allegedly storing weapons.
