Man Arrested for Alleged Sexual Assault in Noida School

Noida Police have arrested a man, Kalu Thakur alias Aamir, for allegedly sexually assaulting a six-year-old girl in a private school. The incident, covered up by school staff, led to multiple arrests. Thakur is currently in 14-day judicial custody.

Noida Police have arrested a man identified as Kalu Thakur alias Aamir for allegedly sexually assaulting a six-year-old girl in a private school, officials confirmed on Monday.

The local court has placed Thakur in 14-day judicial custody. The incident transpired on September 3 in a private school in Sector-12, where Thakur allegedly committed the act while the girl was seated on his lap. The young victim later confided in her class teacher and the school principal.

According to Sector-24 police station in-charge Dhruv Bhushan Dubey, the school staff, including the principal, a teacher, the supervisor, and a labour contractor, colluded to help Thakur evade capture. All involved parties have been arrested, with Thakur apprehended in Shimla Park, Sector-12, on Sunday.
