YouTuber and Liquor Trader Clash: Multiple FIRs in Rishikesh Incident

A YouTuber and his companions face legal trouble after filming an alleged illegal liquor consignment, leading to an altercation with the owner. A legal battle has erupted in Rishikesh after a YouTuber, hospitalized from serious injuries, filmed an alleged illegal liquor consignment at a liquor trader's residence. This altercation led to the trader's arrest and multiple FIRs.

Deputy Superintendent of Police Sandeep Negi detailed that three FIRs were filed at Rishikesh police station by involved parties. One FIR accuses the trader, Sunil Kumar, of attempted murder. Another, lodged by the trader's wife, alleges molestation and vandalism by the YouTuber and his companions. The third FIR, from constable Sovinder Kumar, accuses the YouTuber of obstructing police duties.

The constable's complaint states that, upon arriving at the scene, he was misbehaved with, had his uniform torn, and was pushed to the ground by the YouTuber's companions. DSP Negi assured that a thorough investigation would consider all aspects and evidence to proceed with the case.
